1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) and FreelanceHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at freelancehub.cloud and all associated services, content, and features (collectively, the “Platform”).
By visiting our website, requesting a service, or otherwise engaging with our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2Our Services
FreelanceHub is a freelance IT services marketplace that connects clients with skilled freelance professionals. Our Platform facilitates the discovery and procurement of a range of digital services including, but not limited to:
- Logo design and brand identity services
- Website design and website development
- Social media management
- Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign management
- Video editing and multimedia production
- Data entry and Excel data processing
- UI/UX design services
- Business card, book cover, icon, and related graphic design
- Mobile app design, landing page design, and related digital design services
- Interior and architectural design services
FreelanceHub acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the specific availability of any freelancer or the completion of any particular project unless explicitly stated in a written agreement between you and FreelanceHub or an assigned freelance professional.
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term “you” shall refer to that entity.
4User Accounts
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Promptly notify FreelanceHub of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
- Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Platform from a shared device
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Not create more than one account without our prior written consent
FreelanceHub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- To transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate FreelanceHub, a FreelanceHub employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Platform
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
- To collect or harvest personal data about other users without their explicit consent
- To use the Platform for any fraudulent purpose or to engage in deceptive practices
FreelanceHub reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including reporting such users to law enforcement authorities.
6Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of FreelanceHub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include:
- Reselling or commercially exploiting the Platform or its content
- Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another party
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
- Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes
Deliverables from Freelancers: Ownership of intellectual property for deliverables created by freelance professionals on this Platform is governed by the specific agreement between the client and the freelancer. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables as agreed. Final ownership transfer terms must be established in a separate client-freelancer agreement.
7Payments & Refunds
Payment for services obtained through the Platform is due in accordance with the pricing and payment schedule agreed upon at the time of service engagement. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting FreelanceHub to attempt a resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8Disclaimers
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
FreelanceHub does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any services, information, or other material purchased through the Platform will meet your expectations
FreelanceHub does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Platform.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreelanceHub, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Loss of business or goodwill
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
In no event shall FreelanceHub’s total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to FreelanceHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
10Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Termination
FreelanceHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
- Any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before termination shall survive
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall so survive, including but not limited to Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the details provided below. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action.
13Changes to These Terms
FreelanceHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our Terms.
